Hello, I’m Kat…
Originally from Maryland, I spent my childhood working at the family business and setting off on back field adventures with my brother and sister as we lived our best farm lives.
In 2020, those back field adventures were leveled up with a move to the Vermont countryside. One pandemic and 2 years of missing family later, I now reside within comfortable reach of my parents and siblings.
In the past, I was lucky enough to experience the joys of being both a first grade teacher and a school counselor. Currently, I satisfy my passions for education and wellness as a private therapist, an author, and an instructor & doctoral advisor for the Johns Hopkins School of Education.
